Thigh pain
I feel upper right thigh pain it' will more while sleeping upon waking up and also I feel buttock pain while waking and folding leg right side wat could be reason I'm over weight

Visit a Neurologist near you. Till then - 1. Reduce calorie intake. 2. Exercise atleast 45 minutes for 2 times daily. 3. Add Vitamin D and Vit B12 to your diet or through supplements.
Next Steps
Perform physiotherapy - 1. Lay down flat on ground. 2. While keeping one leg straight touching the ground, fold second leg so as that the knee touches your chest. If knee doesn't touch chest, bring it as close as possible. 3. Hold the knee in that position for 10 sec. 4. Repeat same with other leg. 5. Continue this cycle for 10 repetitions. 6. Do this exercise for 3 times daily. BEST WISHES

Get your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 Checked Then Add Lifestyle changes and diet changes in the routine.  If still pain persists then visit a neurologist once
