Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Most common reason for sleep disturbance or Insomnia is anxiety or stress in your lifestyle. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Is studies or careers related pressures or any relationship issues bothering you and you overthink about?.
If your mind is pre occupied with some anxious thoughts, obviously your sleep can get disturbed.
