Terminal insomnia
I wake up between 3am and 4am and can't fall asleep for sometime. After falling asleep again I wake up late. How do I combat this?

Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Is studies or careers related pressures or any relationship issues bothering you and you overthink about?.
