Sometimes tension headache/cervicogenic headache must be caused due to trigger points in cervical region also.
To relieve stress, breathing exercises and meditation would help.
If it's still there after doing this exercises, you need to get treated by physiotherapist who could assess your condition better.

To relieve tension headache, apply ice pack if its severe, doing areobic exercises and yoga will help reduce stress which helps in reducing headache.
avoid negative thoughts be postive, dont take any tension dont over think about past or future.
always try to be calm and doing daily exercises will help keep you fit.
U can try some relaxation techniques like listening music,deep breathing exercises,meditation,yoga.
For ur neck and side of neck start doing stretching to side of neck and isometrics to neck for 2 times a day for 1 month
