Right side headache
I constantly have a right side headache. Only right forehead is affected. What could be the reason for this?

Did you get hit somewhere? Are you studying through online with mobile or laptop? How long do you have this headache? Do you have sinusitis? Your headache could be also due to tension.

You should use your laptop or mobile at your eyesight level. Avoid prolonged neck bending activities. You should do steam inhalation twice a day for five days. You can check with an ophthalmologist for your eye power. Avoid using high pillow. Do meditation. Do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid frequent head bath.

This may be a migrane pain it effects only one side of the head take complete rest Avoid mobile using in darkness and your sleep should be for 8 to 9 hours

Constant headaches needs to be investigated first. Single sided headaches could be migraines. It could be genetic. There are triggers, usually food like chocolate, peanuts....if it is migraines there can also be issues with vomiting when u have h/a and light exposure is hard. Also there could be single sided headaches called cervicogenic headaches from cervical spine.In these neck ranges are affected....

Such a localised headache could be due to the following reasons : Upper cervical (c1-c3) dysfunction Trapezius spasm SCM ( muscle on the side of the neck) spasm Trigger points in muscles around the neck
