There could be multiple reasons behind your pain at the centre of forehead. It could be due to tired eyes, overloaded eye muscles due to continuously focusing on the screen, irregular sleep, secondary cause to neck pain etc.
Next Steps
If required, change your habits which can cause headache and neck pain, some basic stretching will be beneficial and hot/cold pack may give you temporary relief. Consult a Physiotherapist for ergonomic advices and treatment.
Health Tips
Try to get up from the chair and move around for 5 minutes every one hour. and give you eyes relaxation for 20seconds at every 20 minutes. That means 3 times every hour.
