While going thru Amazon I find NutriBuck Buckwheat Pillow which is very good for Neckpain problems.
Does any doctor have any idea about this pillow and it's benefits?
Please advise.

Effect of pillows on neck pain are overrated, yes the thickness of a pillow alters your neck position so the effectivity varies when your are lying on back or lying on side. Cotton pillows are good. Less thick cotton pillows are good for straight lying but when you are lying on side you need an extra cushion to prevent unnecessary tilting of head to one side. The reason i said overrated because we keep changing our position while sleeping.So a single unit of any shape.will not be helpfull, you will be needing adjustment in that as well.
