It's simple sir. Perform the kegels as if u are stoping the urine to come out.When u stop urine at public place that's way. First perform in sleeping position than sitting than standing, than while doing daily activities.Contract perianal muscles as if u r doing to stop urinating.Perform with holds of 10 count and than relax.

U can do that while u r in restroom u can urinate not fully than stop than urinate again.
Kegle exercises are performed to increase pelvis floor stability which is majorly done for incontinence, premature ejaculation, post pregnancy etc
1. Contract your buttock and hold fr 10secs
2. Contract your anus and hold fr 10 secs
3. Contract your penis( as in your holding back the urine in the middle of urination) and hold fr 10 secs
4. Perform all of them together and hold for 15 secs
5. Repeat the steps for 3 times as 1 set
6. Perform 3 to 5 sets per day
Position : you can perform these exercises in any position ( supine, prone, sitting, quadriput postures) try all!!!
