Hello sir, 1) rub on your forhead and eyebrows with an  ice cube wrapped in a cloth. And get a nap 2) do sub occipital stretch for neck muscle release(tuck your chin to your neck, by holding the position bend your head forward until you feel stretch) 3) apply a mild pressure with your thumb at sides of forehead.

Forward and back tilt, side tilt, side rotation and shoulder roll can be done, but if you have pain first need to reduce the pain then you can do exercises. Suggest you to visit nearby physio clinic and take electrotherapy for 3 days, this will reduce your pain and tightness.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment,take electrical modalities to reduce pain and inflammation After reducing the pain,start doing stretching and isometrics to neck.
