1) rub on your forhead and eyebrows with an ice cube wrapped in a cloth. And get a nap
2) do sub occipital stretch for neck muscle release(tuck your chin to your neck, by holding the position bend your head forward until you feel stretch)
3) apply a mild pressure with your thumb at sides of forehead.
