Can i use tens therapy on my throat for throat pain? I got hurt in the throat some days back and it's causing pain.

nope in my opinion , mostly modalities Like tens are prohibited to use directly at the soft organs

Refrain from using any electro therapy modality unless advised by a qualified health care professional.
Probably you have injured your neck and that can be easily checked by a Physician or Physiotherapist.
