Don’t buy anyone of those. They are both just for temporary relief and it’s not sure that it will always work for you.
Rather look after your posture, exercise and have a healthy weight and lifestyle. This will help in the long run.
Next Steps
Meet a good physiotherapist who knows how to treat the back. I would suggest to go to a McKenzie therapist.
Health Tips
Follow a good posture and exercise. Don’t bend until pain goes away.

Hi
You could get temporary relief with IFT >TENS (more suitable for radiating pain comparatively) but always better to take medically supervised treatment rather than self treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist and start a good back care program/regimen which will help longer term.
Health Tips
Back care program exercises, avoiding stooped posture, following proper ergonomics and avoid lifting heavy weights till strengthening the back.
