Is ultrasound and TENS harmful for body
I am currently undergoing physiotherapy and my physiotherapist is using these two machines. Ultrasound for 8 minutes and TENS for about 15 minutes. Please suggest if i should continue our no. And if yes, then for how long. Thanks in advance.

Most of machine used in physiotherapy have no harm except short wave diathermy.TENS and Ultrasound are extremely safe.You can take for months also but if you have talented physio then with his skills he will not let you take many days .Best of luck

Yes u can continue but at the same u need to stretch your plantar fascia and also release your calf muscles.

Yes u cn cntinue these machines as they will cause any harm...they are absolutely safe ..good luck n get well soon
