Tens work better ... But if you have chronic pain then you should have to do proper exercises... Only machine can't help you in this... As long as you keep taking the machine, your pain will be fine, but as soon as you stop taking the machine, it will start returning to you, so it is good that you do exercises.

Tens would work better. But if you have chronic low back pain then you should incorporate a proper back exercise programme as it will help treat the back pain as well as it will help you to prevent it.  Only using tense will not help you to treat and prevent it

It would be better to go with tens Also no issues with tolerance just make sure you don't use it for every little thing.

If its chronic pain then TENS will be best to apply. There is nothing like tolerance in using ift daily but its intensity should be low.

Hey there! A little greater dosage of intensity might be required in such case. It doesn't cause tolerance "to the machine". For chronic low back ache TENS is better.

if you are using interferential therapy continuously definitely it won't help your pain brain adapt to that frequency TENS also needs to be used in a proper way For your back pain kindly get a proper assessment and treatment from a nearby physiotherapist Physiological changes in TENS and IFT are different both work in an effective way depends upon where we are using the modality
