Hello, For the yellow discolouration of the teeth, get scaling done. For the gaps, get either braces or clear aligner treatment done. If the gaps are not so big you can consider getting veneers too.

Hello Sir, Welcome to PRACTO This is your Dentist - Yellow teeth is due to Stain and Tartar deposition  due to day to day food lodgement in the gaps between the teeth. - Scaling & Oral Prophylaxis to begin with. -  HiOra K mouthwash - Flossing - Rinse when ever you eat . - Brush gently twice in vertical motion ( from gums to teeth edges ) - Avoid sticky or sweet food as much possible. For the gaps issue , we generally recommend Orthodontic treatment( Braces) . But as per the age (28 yrs) It might take longer time and chances of relapse are greator. So, I suggest to just maintain the hygiene and not to go with braces. Good Day. Thanks Alot.

Hello, For your gap filling, you can go fo orthodontic treatment. It will be very beneficial if you attach a photo of your teeth. So that I can suggest you any other option. For yellow teeth, you can go for scaling.

There are just 2 options for your problem: 1) Orthodontic treatment (braces). 2) Artificial restorations using either a simple filling or crowns on your teeth. It generally depends upon the size of the gaps and also general status of your gums and bite.
Next Steps
Get a consult with a nearby orthodontist and ask for options (Ceramic braces or Invisalign). Only if orthodontic treatment is not possible go for the restorative options such as fillings and crowns.
Health Tips
Always good to save the original teeth just by getting braces then extensive  smile correction.
