Hi ..as per picture shared, Gap closing can be done by orthodontic treatment with braces but after evaluating all details with proper examination of teeth and gums(to rule out health of gums and bone ) with different radiographic images followed by studying the cast model to decide what is best treatment to implementing for permanent gap closure ..you need to visit dentist for stepwise procedure ..duration will be no more than 18 months and lesser than 24 months ...

treatment depends on how old is the patient? how is the bone and gum health of the patient? Its better to consult dentist personally and then decide the treatment plan.
