Dear Practo user ,
The X-ray results appear to be completely normal. However, if you are experiencing pain while chewing, it may be due to an increased height of the restoration. I would recommend visiting a nearby dentist to have it evaluated and corrected.

Pain might be because of erupting 3rd molar seen in the xray or due to high point of restorations.
Visit the dentist for proper diagnosis.

The xray looks normal and filling is also done nicely . Pain can be for two reasons either the high points of the restoration or the erupting 3 rd molar which maybe applying pressure on the 2 nd molar
Next Steps
Get ur restoration reduced and in proper occlusion . if pain goes then it's good , otherwise 3rd molar will be the culprit for it.
Health Tips
meanwhile dnt chew hard things frm that side as it might increase the pain
If the pain is only coming on chewing, the height of the filling may require to be reduced. Also, did the dentist tap on the tooth? Did you have pain while tapping? Another factor contributing to the pain could be the wisdom tooth that's erupting behind, it could be applying pressure on your front tooth and causing pain.
Next Steps
Check for spontaneous pain in the morning, check if you're having pain on pressing the gum behind your 2nd molar. Retake the x-ray with the entire roots of the 2nd molar being visible. Ask your dentist to reduce the height of the filling.
