Teeth pain
Getting pain in my teeth which is on Left hand side It has been a bit black . I unable to open mouth completely and thats not able to chapatis.

You should get clinically evaluation from nearby dentist and start doing warm saline rinses after every meals for reduced mouth opening.

It seems you are having carious lesion on your teeth. And now it is touching pulp.  If you are feeling hot and cold food sensitivity then your tooth is not exposed. Visit your dentist and get your tooth restored. Delay will land you for RCT which is costly and having bad prognosis than filling.
