Teeth hv cme out and braces are reqd
My front teeth hve come out aftr my wisdom tooth ver properly in shape. I am 34,female. I went to a doctor and dey tld extraction of teeth is reqd to hve braces. dey tld my 1st premolars wl b taken out.But I actually don't wnt my 1st premolar 2 b extrctd. i cn extract 2nd premolar as 1st is d only beautful teeth and also i wnt a little to go inside

Actually if u hv continuous bad odour thn this probm happened only due to pyrrohiya So if u hv thn go for deep scaling in every 6 month and thn go for retainers after 1 year followed by retainers and under go full medication and 3-4 times salt gargles.

Hi, if I have understood you correctly, the orthodontist you visited suggested extraction of all first premolars but for some reason you don't want to get it removed. Instead you would prefer to get the second premolars removed. Well this is very much possible. It may be beneficial to consult another orthodontist and clearly state you preferences.
