You should visit a dentist and get the lower milk tooth removed The lower permanent incisors usually starts erupting by the age 6 yrs, since the permanent teeth is erupting behind the milk teeth ,there is no hope that the milk teeth roots may resorb to cause it to loosen ,so get it extracted
get the milk tooth extracted as soon as possible. since milk teeth has not broken till now, your son,s permanent teeth is erupting inside. there will be no side effects. but if permanent teeth position becomes fixed, other permanent teeth will also become malpositioned. then you will have to go for costly and long orthodontic treatment (braces) to correct them.
my opinion is to visit a dentist and get the lower milk tooth removed.
The lower permanent incisors usually starts erupting by the age 6 yrs,
some may take +/- 3-6 months more for the teeth to fall.
in your sons case , since the permanent teeth is erupting behind the milk teeth ,there is no hope that the milk teeth roots may resorb to cause it to loosen ,hence i advice you to get the milk tooth extracted.
there is no side effects of such removal and is usually a normal procedure done at the dentist s office
Hi ,as per as details provided by you ,acc.to me you shd immediately go for extraction of milk tooth as permanent tooth has already erupted ,any delay can cause malalignment of permanent teeth and crowding of teeth.
Hi
Since the permanent teeth is already visible , it means that it is ready to take the position where the milk tooth was present. Usually the eruption of permanent teeth leads to fall of milk teeth. On the contrary as in your sons case the permanent teeth has changed its path of eruption and hence has come behind the milk teeth.
You should definitely go for milk tooth removal seeking professional help. Secondly it has no side effects
