Hello, Your present symptoms indicate a gastric issue. Try taking a small course of antacid and probiotics. If this does not help you can opt for online consultation for further evaluation.

Your symptoms are unlikely to be related to chicken pox, rather due to gastritis or food related issues

Your current symptoms do not typically suggest chickenpox. Usually, chickenpox presents with fever followed by an itchy rash. Also, symptoms usually appear 10–21 days after contact, not within a day or two. This may be due to another viral illness or stomach-related issue. Please watch for fever or rash.
Next Steps
consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

These symptoms alone are not typical of chickenpox. Chickenpox usually starts with fever and body ache, followed by itchy fluid-filled rashes within 1–2 days. Dizziness, headache, and stomach pain can be due to viral illness, gastritis, dehydration, or migraine.
Next Steps
• Monitor for fever or skin rash over the next few days • Take rest, fluids, and light food • Use paracetamol for headache (avoid aspirin) • If fever, vomiting, rash, or worsening pain occurs → see a doctor
