Swollen gum on the root canal tooth
I had my front tooth root canal in 2010 and gum surgery becauseof the puse.. After so many years my gum is swollen on that root canal tooth. Mild pain on the gum. I am wearing zirconia. What could be done? My tooth will be removed ? I hattach my x ray report.

There is periapical infection. Get re rct done.you can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve pain and swelling.
