It is Pericoronitis. Pericoronitis is inflammation of the gum tissue around your wisdom teeth. This can happen when a tooth is still partially impacted. Pericoronitis symptoms range from mild to severe and may include bad breath, pus and facial swelling. Left untreated, pericoronitis can be dangerous. The affected area must be debrided and the involved tooth should be extracted.

Your wisdom tooth on the side is partially erupted. the back half of your tooth is covered by gum. due to biting from the opposite tooth the gum is getting swollen and therefore there's a white bump over the swollen skin. The condition is called as pericoronitis. If your problem is recurrent get operculectomy done. If that doesn't solve the problem and the tooth pains get your tooth extracted.
Health Tips
start warm saline rinses thrice daily fro a week.

Most probably you are having pericoronitis. It's because of wisdom tooth. Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
