Swelling on legs
Every time I go for jogging or running, after about 1km I feel pain on my both the legs above ankle and also the outward muscles above ankle swells up. Due to this I am unable to increase my cardio workout. The pain subsided in few minutes but the swelling lasts much longer.

It may be due to shin bone pain (shin splints). So please relate your symptoms with shin bone pain and msg us again for further treatment or visit nearest physiotherapy centre for strengthening and stretching exercises of ankle and knees. Get best quality cushion shoes during running.
Next Steps
Avoid running on cemented surface.
