Pain after jogging
As suggested by my doctor, I started walking and jogging almost simultaneously and on 2 day of the start, I did 19 rounds of a park with the perimeter of around 300 meter by jogging. It has been 4 days now and I am still in pain in the area below knee and above ankles. Requesting the suggestions for the relief and the reason if why this happened all of a sudden.
