Jogging with lowback pain
I have disc bulge in l4 - l5 region. I don't feel any pain when I don't do any kind of exercise. But when I go for jogging, I am feeling the pain. Is it good to jog when I have back pain.

Not a good idea. Jogging is an impact activity.  Better u go for treatment first then resume jogging. For now,  u can keep walking or say brisk walking if it isn't pains, as an alternative for jogging. Go to nearby physio clinic and start ur back rehab. 👍
