Lower back pain while running
I experience pain in my lower back, especially in the lower spine region, when I run continuously for even 1km. The pain wears off after some stretching after which I am able to resume my running. But it again reappears after that. I have a desk job, but I try to maintain correct seating posture.

Since you have desk job.. your buttock muscles are shutting down slowly !! These muscles are also helping you to move forward while running !! Due to weakness of these muscles you will be feeling cramping pain around your butt or lower back !!stretching may relieve the symptoms temporarily but ultimately you should undergo core muscle strengthening!! See a good sports physiotherapist !! Nothing to worry !! You will be running with out pain soon !!
