My daughter was felt down from compound wall day before yesterday evening, which is nearly 4 feet height. She was 2 years old, and we observed swelling at left leg ankle and above ankle, still now she is unable to stand her self. Please suggest treatment

Hi. Please and we few questions:
Is she able to put her foot down after the injury? , is she allowing u to touch that area of swelling? Is she overall comfortable? Any fever?
If she s comfortable, afebrile, having her feeds , putting her foot down then she has mild injury which will heal soon. If she s not then visit hospital for check up n xrays
