Suggestion
I became vegetarian 3 months ago. I ate balanced diet prone suffer from vitamin,including toned milk,nuts,beans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, grains,dates etc.But won't take any supplements. Will I be deficiency, specially vitamin b12? Do I need anything to add in the diet list?

Hi If you eat balanced diet, do exercise regularly, stay hydrated and take proper 7-8 hours sleep, basically disciplined lifestyle then you don't have to take any supplements. B12 vitamin is synthesized in the gut by microbiom. So include curds, fermented foods in your diet. So don't worry about that. Stay active and happy. Take care.

Hi, You need to get the basic blood tests done with the prior consultation of doctor. Sometimes the deficiencies are met through the right intake of supplements. Consult Physician for the same. Thanks

it is important to eat balaanced  even being vegetarian choose options like khichdi,curd,paneer stuff roti,sprout etc lab test require for  vitamin b12
