Ma'am You seem to have no pre-existing medical condition . You seem to be experiencing " dawn phenomena" wherein there is increase in fasting sugar levels. Although this is more pronounced in diabetic but also seen in all apparently healthy individuals. It's normal. With your numbers there is nothing to worry if you have no other symptoms. Hope this was helpful.

No need to panic. It's normal reading. Just get a HbA1c level for confirmation and to check whether you are in pre diabetic range or not.
Next Steps
Check HbA1c level
