Hi! No matter for how many hours I sleep (6 or 7 or 8 or 9), I feel lazy throughout the day. All I do is yawn the entire day, but, when I try to sleep in the afternoon, I can't.
This creates problems in my studies and my entire day because most of the time I am inattentive and have no focus in anything be it lectures, studies, travelling, creative activities or anything. Also, I feel incompetent to take any important decision which has taken away lots of opportunities from me.
I have consulted few doctors near my locality (both in Mumbai and Udupi), and I have followed all of their advices and medicines, but, it proved to be of no use.
Can you please suggest me anything to improve myself?
