I can understand your concern.
Everyone's requirement is different but I always recommend my patients that thy get atleast 7-8 hours of sound sleep everyday.
Also I always suggest they go early to bed and rise early for a healthy life.
I would suggest the same thing to you too.
Sleep early and rise early.
Also one more important thing is that there must be atleast 2-3 hours of gap between your meal and sleep. Sleeping immediately after meals is not recommended.
