Sleep problems
My daughter is 11 months . After her birth from the next day she doesn't sleep at night. She sleep at 3 or 4 am at night but gets up several times for feeding. After 6 months also same problem. In the day time also hardly she sleeps for 3 - 4 hours. Presently now she gets up at 10 o clock in the morning again sleep at 1:30 pm or 2:00 pm( may be half an hour nap or 2 hours nap) then she will sleep at 7:00 pm to 9:00pm power nap(Even if she doesn't take the power nap still she will sleep at 1:30 am or 2:00 am( she gets up several times for feeding). Is it some disorder? I have tried many ways to make her sleep but all in vain.Talked with the dr also nothing helped. When am I going to take rest as a mother

Kids of 6months to 1 year old will usually sleep for 10 to 12 hours. And your daughter is already sleeping for 10hours. She sleeps at 2am to 10am which is 8hours. Evening 7pm to 9pm ,thats 2 hours. Even if she missed afternoon nap 10hours of Sleep is there which is enough for 1year old child ( if she is playful rest of the day). You just have to change her timing of sleep. Avoid 7 pm to 9pm sleep for a day or 2. She will sleep early and wake up early.
