Hi
I am getting sleep for 5 to 6 hours daily and I tried taking banana tea before bed. And I get sound sleep which I feel satisfied if it is 6 hours also. But is it harmful in taking Banana tea of getting diabetics ? I generally cut banana pieces with the peel and boil in water , drink the filtered water. Please suggest in getting sound sleep and avoiding sleeping disorder.

Banana tea.... Is good, no major problem
Also do following....
Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Do meditation regularly before going to sleep
Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils regularly before going to sleep.

Eating banana with Milk or tea is very harmful it creates lots of problems if taken regularly which are hard for corrections.
Correct your diet and lifestyle and take Ayurveda medications to overcome this problem permently
If you are healthy then sleep comes on time at night. After a sound sleep at night morning you wake up spontaneously with out Alarm bowel will be clear soon after wake up. Totally the feeling of light body and mind freshness experience will be there.
For a healthy person sleep inducing diet or drug are not needed.
Generally before bed 2 hr. Prior food or liquid is advised.

If before bed any liquid is taken the long term habit surely hampers eyesight, head heaviness, sinusitis or ear throat like any upper body problems arise.
