But is it harmful in taking Banana tea of getting diabetics ? I generally cut banana pieces with the peel and boil in water , drink the filtered water. Please suggest in getting sound sleep and avoiding sleeping disorder.

If you are healthy then sleep comes on time at night. After a sound sleep at night morning you wake up spontaneously with out Alarm  bowel will be clear soon after wake up. Totally the feeling of light body and mind freshness experience will be there. For a healthy person  sleep inducing diet or drug are not needed. Generally before bed 2 hr. Prior food or liquid is advised.
Next Steps
If before bed any liquid is taken the long term habit surely hampers eyesight, head heaviness, sinusitis or ear throat like any upper body problems arise.
