Very less sleep nearly 4 to 5 hours
I have sleeping problem from quite a long time where I fall asleep and after 4 hours I wakeup and then keep awake lying in bed untill morning. I try to get back to sleep but I cannot. I have previously consulted some doctors but they prescribe anti depressant which does not solve the problem. I want consulting to understand what is the core issue and solve it. Or Is it normal for some people to sleep less.

Try stress relieving things like meditation , evening walk after dinner. Glass of milk before going to sleep, try not to overthink about anything before sleep listen to some good music and go to bed.

I m a known  case of INSOMNIA.  MY CAUSE IS OVERTHINKING N HEART ATTACK. MY DOCTOR  PRESCRIBED TAB QUITIPINE25 + TAB CLONAZEPAM 0.5 AT NIGHT. Lot of people  sleep less but you r only  34 u need 6to 8 hr sleep.
