I have sleeping problem from quite a long time where I fall asleep and after 4 hours I wakeup and then keep awake lying in bed untill morning.
I try to get back to sleep but I cannot.
I have previously consulted some doctors but they prescribe anti depressant which does not solve the problem.
I want consulting to understand what is the core issue and solve it. Or Is it normal for some people to sleep less.
