Dear sir ,
am student and i doing a job so sir i have to study at night and i cant sleep more than 5 hour because if i done 6 to 9 hour sleep so its will effect on my study so please tell me sir 5 hour sleep is enough or not or whats i can on this problem sir i doing workout also every morning

Quality of sleep is more important than quantity . 5 hours is enough if you wake up fresh and don't feel sleepy or dizzy during daytime and do not use excessive coffe or tea to stay alert or awake during day time
