Legs Pain if less sleep
Whenever I sleep for less than 7 hours, my legs always felt some pain and i does not feel fully refreshed. And if I slept for more than 7 hours, I dont feel any issues which I mentioned above. What is the reason of pain in legs ? And 6 hours should be sufficient enough for a proper sleep?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its a weird association. Sleep more if you feel you need more sleep. Its simple. Have high protein diet.  Drink one galss of milk daily before bed. Tab. Shelcal HD once a day after food for one month. Cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 15 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
