Hello, I understand how distressing these symptoms can be. The combination of sleep disturbance, low appetite, fatigue, body pain, headache, and lack of interest may point towards underlying stress, anxiety, or even depression, but physical causes like vitamin D deficiency, thyroid imbalance, or anemia can also contribute. Recommended Steps: 1. Blood tests: CBC, TSH, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Blood Sugar. 2. Lifestyle tips: Maintain a regular sleep-wake cycle (go to bed and wake up at the same time daily). Limit screen time 1 hour before bed. Do light physical activity daily (like walking). Avoid caffeine after 4 PM. Practice relaxation (deep breathing or meditation). Next Steps Get basic blood investigations done. Consult a doctor for proper evaluation. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider meeting a psychologist or psychiatrist. Helpful Tips Avoid taking sleeping pills without medical advice. Emotional and physical health are deeply connected—don’t hesitate to ask for help. Good sleep and mental well-being are both treatable with the right approach.
