Headache sleeping more than 8 hours
I typically sleep 4-7 (usually 5 or 6) hours a night with no naps throughout the day. I feel perfectly fine and energized throughout the day. Usually going to sleep from 12am-2am and waking up anywhere from 6am-10am. Some people would be unable to do this, but I feel perfect. I always hear “more sleep is better.” I’ve tried to sleep more than 8 hours and I always wake up with a horrible headache and my body feels dead all day, even to where I can’t think straight. Is this a concern? Normal?
