Sleeplessness
I cant get proper 7 to 8 hours sleep. I struggle to sleep at night. I roll in bed for hours to sleep and that irritates me.

Avoid using phone or TV or anything with a screen for atleast 60mins before you get into bed. Make sure your room is pitch dark. And do workout everyday. And if all this doesn't help. You can try melatonin.
