I can't get proper sleep in the night. It is very hard for me to fall asleep so I do time pass and sleep around 2/3 am and that makes my next day unproductive and lazy. My exams are coming so I need to sleep early and want to wake up in the early morning. So can u suggest any medicine that will help me for good sleep? There is any on-counter sleep medicine for my problem which is non-additive
