Sleep just 6 hours
I sleep for just 6 hours a night. I dont have any problem with this, i dont feel sleepy in day but lately i'm having concentration and memory problem. Do you think this may be the problem?

Hello... I understand your situation, based on the history you have given I think you should know that human body require atleast 6-8hrs of sleep.. Without that a person will be irritable, drowsy, difficulty in recollecting recent things if severely sleep deprived, peeson feels easy tiredness... So I suggest you to do some morning brisk walking, meditation and yoga to destress.... There are certain hospital which has sleep clinics who can address your issue kindly visit that center... Hello there..... I went through your query..... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends..... Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well...... Consult your Physician if symptoms persists.....
