I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since many years and my behavior is a little bit strange.I am trying much to get rid of this but I am not able to.Please give me some tips to overcome this problem and also suggest me some medicines that I should take to make myself calm.

Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
