First thing is What is the time gap between the recording of weight on two occasions ? You said that , "the weight suddenly dropped by 10 kg". It can't be overnight . So please mention what is the time gap between the two readings . Secondly, did she have any systemic symptoms like fever, lack of appetite, cough, any rashes. I am a firm believer that no miracles can happen. The answer to my question can at least guide us regarding further investigations.
