My dad lost weight of 3 kg from 84 to 81 in last 8 months he have sudden issue of osteoarthritis which affects his diet and exercise routines as well what should I do he had spleenectomy done in 2006 no other issues his age is 55

Physiotherapy is best mode of management in initial days.avoid self medication with painkillers.Irrational use of pain killer may lead to renal failure.
