Sagging breasts after weight loss
I lost around 11 kg over the last 10 months Starting weight-65 kg, current weight- 54 kg. Through intermittent fasting, calorie deficit and brisk walking. Weight loss was gradual, almost 1 kg weight loss per month. I have noticed that my breast size have reduced from 38 to 36 inches. I also feel like my breasts have become somewhat saggier than before. Please suggest me how to prevent or reverse this sagging.

Please do some exercises for the upper part of the body, especially Pectoral muscles, Deltoids and Latissimus dorsi. The toning up of the muscles will help tone up the sagging breast also.
