Sudden overthinking
I have suddenly started to overthink a lot. I used to think but it has increased since 2 days. I travel a lot. Can it be chronic fatigue syndrome. Occasionally anxiety is also present

Dear client Overthinking can be  aspect of your personality. It could be anxiety . It could be reaction to real or imagined situation. It could be obsession like thinking about recent crush🙄.So it could be anything. But chronic fatigue syndrome is a definite disorder with its set of symptoms.

Seems to be anxiety and personality trait. No its not chronic fatigue syndrome. Over thinking present in number of Psychiatric problems. You need to discuss your problems in details with a psychiatrist and get evaluated to finalize diagnosis. Then it would be easy to overcome it. All the best
