Gud morning it might be due to use of cows milk as well as sattu pwd.u should take suggestion of the dietician who has suggested this to u for modification to do.

Hello I saw your shared diet chart. I think it might be posible that the 4spoon of sattu powder is disturbing your gut and Causing suction. Plz check it by avoiding to take for 2days minimum.

Sattu is cold type food can add Dalia or suji or bajra atta. Devide protein powder in some more feed or reduce it to 3 in morning.can add a few things more in plan . Please share blood reports and health status of patient to plan accordingly.
