Stress while trying to conceive
I am trying to conceive since last 2 months and still unable to succeed. Have done some basic test and all test results are fine. Only have less in vitamin D and I am taking medicine for it. As it is taking time to conceive, I am getting tense and taking stress. Does stress impact in conceive? Does stress really delay in conceiving ? Please give some suggestions on how to deal with it.

Stress as such don't have any direct effect on your conceiving. But stress can cause certain disturbance in your periods cycle and some hormonal changes
