Im very tensed and stressed and I'm unable to do my studies well I am always distracted and disturbed by news , rape news , politician news , doctor beating news etc etc.

Don't see the news channel .They always affected our mind in deeply . We Thaought again again what we read what we saw & then it will Effect on our subconscious mind. Then avoid news& don't listen bad Thinks.

It is distressing to see how too much of information can be harmful,please watch less news.check your hours of internet usage.as we all are spending more hours indoors so Naturally our exposure to television and internet is more so we get to know more news.with the kind of news these news channels are showing they impact negatively please restrict watching too much.
Please channelize your energy effectively invest your time in things you like can be reading,drawing or sketching,talk to friends and cousins,but don't discuss about your problems.Think positive and that the world isn't that bad as shown by these news channels.
Maintain a timetable which u can easily follow and abide by it.
Rest if you still feel uncomfortable reach out to professional help.
It seems like many things are stressing you out at the moment and causing you to lose focus on your studies.
