Strength and stamina supplement
Can I take ashwagandha & shilajit products from Amazon for better strength and stamina ? Is it safe to consume these 2 items mixed with milk before sleep ?

Yes you can but better to take in morning...ashwagandha powder should not exceed 2 gm per day and can take for 2 to e months regularly maximum..then gap of 4 to 6 months is must. If it's causing any digestion related issue then consult personally for supplement as per your requirement and body type

You can take ashwagandha 2 times in a day but take shilajit once in a day .you can take it with milk.

Ashwagandha and shilajit is good for improving stamina. Before taking these kind of medicine, know your body type, it's suitable for your body, If you are feeling low energy etc. Check with an ayurvedic physician and take an openion from them, then treat accordingly. Don't take any medicine Unknowingly.
