If you are sexually inactive, then this heavy period is only because of anovulation( inability to release egg from ovary on regular intervals). This can be controlled by medications itself.
Next Steps
Tab Norethisterone Controlled Release (15 mg)  once a day for next 21 days starting from today. Along with that also take [Tab Tranexemic Acid(500) + Mefenemic Acid(250) ] thrice a day for 3 days which will control your bleeding as well as help with pain..
Health Tips
A diet rich in Iron, Folic acid & Vit B12 will help in preventing anemia(low hemoglobin) due to heavy blood flow.

If you were sexually active please do a urine pregnancy test to first confirm pregnancy. You may have heavy bleeding & pain for multiple other reasons also for which an examination & ultrasound is essential. Please make an appointment with an available obgyn as soon as possible. Online consultation will not be able to identify the complete picture.
